Today, on 1st August 2022, East Bengal Club’s 103rd foundation day honoring ceremony was held at Khudiram practice center from 5 pm. Amaresh Chowdhury, grandson of one of the main founders of the club, Raja Suresh Chowdhury, was present at the ceremony. Advocate Ajay Krishna Chatterjee, senior vice president of the club decorated the chair of the event as the president of the club Dr. Pranab Dasgupta was abroad. Aditya Agarwal and Manish Goenka from Emami Group were present as special guests at the event, along with former Olympian Ves Page. Club Secretary Kalyan Mazumdar was present on the stage. Two lakh rupees were handed over to Dr. Abhijit Chowdhury’s ‘Liver Foundation’ for the treatment of people on this great occasion.
