East Bengal secured a convincing 2–0 victory over Kidderpore SC in the Calcutta Football League on Thursday, 27 August 2026.

East Bengal started the match with attacking intent and took the lead in the 26th minute, when Akash Hembram found the back of the net to put the Red and Gold brigade ahead.

East Bengal continued to control the game after the break and doubled their advantage in the 68th minute, with Mohammed Bilal scoring the second goal.

Kidderpore SC tried to fight their way back into the match, but East Bengal’s defence remained solid and comfortably protected the lead until the final whistle.

The 2–0 victory earned East Bengal another valuable three points in their Calcutta League campaign.
